Setting Up Lead Capture (Pro)
- 1Purchase a Pro license — click "Get Pro License Key" above, or go to your dashboard after signing in.
- 2Copy your license key — it will appear on your dashboard and be emailed to you. It looks like
SE-PRO-XXXXXXXX... - 3In the Odoo Website Builder, click your Solar Estimator snippet and find the options panel on the right. Paste your key into the "License Key (Pro)" field.
- 4Set your lead capture email — enter the email address where you want to receive leads in the "Lead Capture Email (Pro)" field.
- 5Save and publish — visitors will now see a contact form before getting their solar estimate. You'll receive an email for each lead with their name, email, phone, and full calculation results.

Yes. The calculator runs on our servers via an iframe. When we update pricing data, add features, or fix bugs, your embedded calculator updates automatically — no Odoo module update needed.
Can I use my license key on multiple sites?
Yes. Your license key works on any site where you embed the calculator — Odoo, WordPress, custom HTML, etc. One key, unlimited embeds.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your calculator keeps working perfectly — only the lead capture gate is removed. Visitors will see their results immediately without entering contact details.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
The module is built for Odoo 17 and should work with Odoo 18. Earlier versions may require minor adjustments to the snippet JavaScript.
Can I customise which calculator sections are visible?
Yes. You can hide any combination of: location, roof orientation, battery storage, panel selector, advanced settings, and recommended setup. Use the "Hide Sections" option in the snippet settings.
